What is the format of the conference?

The conference is a virtual event that includes interactive workshops, engaging talks, and networking opportunities. All sessions are conducted online, allowing you to participate from the comfort of your own home or office.

Our sessions are highly interactive. Attendees will have the opportunity to engage directly with the speakers, participate in discussions, and solve problems in real-time. We believe this interactive format enhances learning and understanding.

Will I have access to the sessions after the conference?

We’re full-service! We can provide all the capabilities you’re looking for to boost your business. From a new logo design to a multi-channel media campaign, we cover it all. 

What strategies would you implement to help grow our pet brand?

Yes, attendees will have access to exclusive material such as session recordings after the conference for a period of 120 days after the end of the event. This allows you to revisit the sessions for further learning at your own pace.

How do I register for the conference?

You can register for the conference through our website. Simply click on the 'BOOK YOUR SEAT NOW' button, register and fill in your details, and follow the prompts to complete your registration.

Can I interact with the speakers and other attendees?

Absolutely! We encourage interaction and networking. There will be Q&A sessions after each talk, and we also provide virtual networking spaces where you can connect with other attendees.

What if I want to cancel my ticket after purchasing it?

Once a ticket has been purchased it cannot be canceled until the event has concluded. If you wish to request a refund, you may do so within 14 days after the event has ended. Please note that all refund requests are subject to approval, and our team will review your request to ensure it meets our refund criteria.
